-1 can of chick peas (mashed)-1 zucchini (grated)-1 egg-bread crumbs
I flattened it out in my pan and once both sides were brown I topped it with some plain Greek yogurt with dill.
SO GOOD!

•Whole wheat wrap with turkey, feta cheese, and spinach

Breakfast: 1 large organic egg, 2 sausage links, 1 piece of 12 grain bread, 1 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp of hazelnut creamer

Mid-morning: 1/2 cup of lettuce, 1/2 a cucumber, 5 baby carrots, 10 cherry tomatoes, plain greek yogurt/salad vinegar homemade dressing

Homemade soup: chicken, broccoli, onion, potato, chicken broth, and italian seasoning
