
Veggie pie thing
-1 can of chick peas (mashed)
-1 zucchini (grated)
-1 egg
-bread crumbs
I flattened it out in my pan and once both sides were brown I topped it with some plain Greek yogurt with dill.
SO GOOD!

Lunch:
•Whole wheat wrap with turkey, feta cheese, and spinach
•1 orange
•steamed snap peas and green beans

Scrambled eggs with broccoli, mushrooms, red bell pepper, 1 whole wheat tortilla, salsa, and an iced mango tea
Breakfast: 1 large organic egg, 2 sausage links, 1 piece of 12 grain bread, 1 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp of hazelnut creamer
Mid-morning: 1/2 cup of lettuce, 1/2 a cucumber, 5 baby carrots, 10 cherry tomatoes, plain greek yogurt/salad vinegar homemade dressing
Meals 3 & 4
3: My “B” Salad - blueberries, blue cheese, beets, and berry walnut dressing on the side
4: 1 organic peach and 1/2 of a farmers market cucumber
